Our inspections verify the information that is entered on the application of the proposed insured. The agent will sometimes receive incorrect information from the applicant. Our trained professionals conduct telephone interviews to verify and validate the information that has been submitted. 

When needed, we conduct overt inspections on site. While interviewing the applicant, the investigator also conducts a physical inspection of the property. Potential liability problems can be photographed. For example, if the proposed insured is a car lot with garage liability, the number of vehicles for sale and their value can be determined. Inspections are vital to minimizing unnecessary exposure to risks.
